Liquid Laminates

As with solid laminates, liquid laminates are designed to protect graphics from environmental damage. They may also help in the adhesion of the various layers of the composite.

The liquid laminate is typically applied to the graphic print, it is then cured to a solid by film. The dry liquid laminate treated substrate is collated into a full laminate structure and consolidated using heat and pressure.

In some cases the liquid laminate is applied and cured and the structure is complete with minimal further processing.
